With a capacity of up to 130 guests, an impressive Christmas tree, fairy lights, candle-lit candelabras and The Stable Bar with its cosy log-burning fire, Upwaltham Barns is the perfect Christmas party venue.

STARTER

Smoked haddock and pea fishcake served on creamed leeks

Oriental rice noodle salad with crispy duck and a ginger, honey and soy dressing

Twice cooked cheese soufflé with apple, pomegranate and walnuts (V)

MAIN

Roast British turkey, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets,
roasted potatoes, maple glazed roasted carrots, parsnips and sprouts and cranberry sauce

Harissa crumbed haddock with Mediterranean vegetable puy lentils and fire roasted peppers

Portobello mushroom Wellington on a bed of spinach with roasted potatoes and a herby mustard sauce (V)
