The Venue

Upwaltham Barns is a popular West Sussex wedding venue surrounded by the historic Goodwood estate in the South Downs.  Lovingly restored, Upwaltham Barns is the perfect setting for a civil wedding or partnership ceremonies, or a romantic West Sussex wedding reception.

This collection of traditional Sussex flint long barns for weddings are set around a pretty Courtyard, with all the facilities you need for a relaxed yet stylish wedding day.  Upwaltham Barns wedding venue is family-owned and has a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The East Barn is a licensed wedding barn for up to 100 guests.  The South Barn is the main wedding reception barn and can accommodate up to 170 guests for seated dining and more in the evening.  The South Barn is also licensed for a civil wedding or partnership of up to 170 guests.

The Bar adjoining The South Barn has a wood burner and easy chairs.  Its pretty cottage Gardens are wonderful for wedding photographs and the Jasmine Cottage, situated beside the wedding receptions barns, is yours on the day and night of your wedding.
